Thank you for your Five Birdies purchase. We take pride in our products and hope that you love them just as much as we do! When things don’t turn out as expected, we want to do everything we reasonably can to make things right. To begin this process, please review our return policy below.
Every item is satisfaction guaranteed, or you may return it for a refund of the item’s price, excluding shipping.
WITH ALL RETURNS, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:
- Items must be mailed back within 14 days of invoice date and must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, smoke-free, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- The customer must print, fill out, and include a return form in their package.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is being returned due to an error made by Five Birdies.
- Five Birdies is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please retain the tracking number for your package.
- If you are returning over $75 worth of merchandise, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- All sales final on discounted merchandise. (These terms will be indicated in the original sale)
- Custom orders cannot be accepted for return and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed due to the custom and made to order processes involved.
- Package refusals will result in a 10% restocking fee plus incurred shipping costs.
Due to our limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for another size, please follow our return process and and we will issue you a refund for the amount of the item. You may then purchase the correct size. We cannot guarantee that the item you are wanting to exchange for will be in stock.
